The Basics
No. 5 Indiana defeated the Saint Louis Billikens 5-0 Tuesday night in nonconference men's soccer action in Bloomington, Ind.

The loss snapped the Billikens' six-game winning streak. SLU, which owns a 6-0 record in Atlantic 10 Conference play, can capture the A-10 regular-season title with a win or tie against Fordham Saturday. The Billikens and Rams kickoff at 7 p.m on Saturday at Hermann Stadium.

SLU fell behind early against Indiana (9-1-6), which led 4-0 at the break and tacked on a goal in the second half for the 5-0 margin. Tanner Thompson registered a hat trick for the Hoosiers.
