BROOKLYN, N.Y. – Saint Louis' men's basketball season came to a close Thursday following a 73-65 loss to George Washington in the Atlantic 10 Conference Men's Basketball Championship in Brooklyn, N.Y.
The Billikens conclude the season with an 11-21 overall record. George Washington (23-9) advances to tomorrow's quarterfinal round.

Jermaine Bishop led the Billikens with 15 points, while Reggie Agbeko scored 12 and gathered a team-high eight rebounds. Davell Roby finished with 11 points.Â
The Billikens never led in the game but kept it close. SLU got within five with less than seven minutes remaining, but that is as close as they would get as GW posted the 8-point victory.
SLU was 10-of-18 from 3-point range and shot 49 percent from the field. George Washington's Yuta Watanabe scored a game-high 19 points to lead the Colonials.
