O'FALLON, Ill. – Alba Salinas registered a win at No. 5 singles in Saint Louis' 6-1 loss to UMKC in the Billikens' regular-season finale Friday afternoon at St. Clair Tennis Club.

Salinas defeated Thanushree Vale 6-4, 5-7, 10-7. Cassie McKenzie and Mariluz Rojo also were victorious, notching a 6-3 triumph over Melinda Johnson and Yana Grechkina at No. 1 doubles.

The Billikens begin play in the Atlantic 10 Conference Championship in Orlando, Florida, April 25.
