• Maddie Pokorny recorded the first multi-goal game of her Saint Louis career to power the Billikens to a 2-0 win over Saint Joseph's Thursday night in Philadelphia in the Atlantic 10 Conference opener for both teams.

• Both goals came late in the game. The first was scored in the 70th minute, and the second was registered in the 79th minute.

• The Billikens improved to 6-3-1 overall. Saint Joseph's fell to 5-3-2.
