The Saint Louis University Billikens claimed a No. 13 seed in the 2019 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship and will face Virginia Tech on Friday, March 22 in San Jose, Calif. Game time is TBA.

It is the first time since 2014 that SLU has made a trip to the NCAA Tournament. This marks the program's tenth overall appearance in the tourney.

The winner of Friday's game will face the winner of No. 5 Mississippi State/No. 12 Liberty on Sunday, March 24. The winner of that game will advance to the East Regional on March 29 and 30 in Washington, D.C. The Final Four is set for April 6 and 8 in Minneapolis, Minn.

Saint Louis enters NCAA Tournament play with a 22-12 overall record. The Billikens captured the Atlantic 10 Conference tournament title on Sunday, defeating St. Bonaventure 55-53 in Brooklyn, N.Y.
