Demi Sahuleka's fourth goal of the season and Brooke Mason's first of her career propelled Saint Louis past Bellarmine 2-0 Saturday afternoon at SportPort International.
SLU improved to 2-0 on the season, while Bellarmine dropped to 0-1. The Billikens have begun the season with two victories for the first time since the 2005 season.
Sahuleka scored the lone goal in the first half, converting on a penalty shot at 20:10.
Mason provided some insurance for the Billikens, netting a late fourth-quarter goal at 54:07.
Kendyl Underwood earned the shutout, saving all three Knight shots.
SLU fired 19 shots, with eight going on goal, in the game. Sahuleka and Grace Golembiewski led the team with five each.
The Billikens return to action Sunday at SportPort International, with a noon start against Bellarmine.
