Saint Louis faces Providence Sunday (2:30 p.m. CT) in the consolation game of the 2022 Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn.
 
The Billikens fell to Maryland 95-67 yesterday, while Providence lost to Miami 74-64 in the other semifinal. Both teams are 3-1 on the season and looking to rebound after suffering their first loss of the year.

1 // Yuri Collins leads the NCAA in total assists (42) and assists per game (10.5). Collins is on the 2023 Bob Cousy Award Preseason Watch List. The Cousy Award, which is sponsored by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, recognizes the top point guard in men's NCAA Division I basketball (read more).

2 // Javon Pickett enters Sunday's game needing eight points to reach 1,000 for his career. He scored 950 points during his four-year career at Missouri and 42 so far this season for the Bills.
 
3 // Saint Louis leads the A-10 and is 24th in the NCAA in free-throw percentage, connecting on 79.1 percent from the line.
 
4 // Javonte Perkins led the Billikens in scoring for the second game this season after scoring 17 points against the Terrapins on Saturday. All of his scoring came in the second half.

5 // Providence leads the all-time series between the teams 6-1. The Friars defeated SLU 90-63 on Nov. 17, 2017, in the championship game of the 2K Classic at Madison Square Garden in New York. Prior to that, the teams had not played since the 1960s.
