GAME DETAILS
• Saint Louis took both games from Austin Peay Saturday afternoon at Billiken Sports Center in St. Louis, Mo.
• Mark Vierling's walk-off RBI single captured game one for SLU, while Matt Turino and the Billikens used 11 hits to take the second contest.
• The Billikens improved to 10-8 on the season, while the Governors dropped to 7-14.

GAME ONE SCORING
• Matt Happ drove in Cole Smith with an RBI single in the bottom of the second.
• A solo home run from the Governors tied the game in the bottom of the sixth.
• Vierling singled home Colten Schild for the game-winning run in the seventh.

GAME ONE NOTABLES
• Logan Schmitt tossed 5.2 innings of one-run ball, while striking out five, walking none and scattering just four hits.
• Ryan Patel picked up the win, throwing 1.1 innings and striking out three.

GAME TWO SCORING
• Austin Peay recorded three unearned runs in the first frame.
• The Billikens responded with three runs of their own in the inning, including with an RBI single from Cam Redding.
• Redding, Cody Jansen and Schild each picked up RBIs in the third inning, doubling the Billiken lead to 6-3.
• Turino smacked a solo shot in the bottom of the fourth.
• An RBI double for the Governors cut the lead to 7-4 in the fifth inning.
• Turino drove in two more with a double in the bottom of the eighth.

GAME TWO NOTABLES
• Turino finished 2-4 with three RBIs and two runs scored.
• Tyler Fogarty and Redding each had two hits. Fogarty scored twice, while Redding drove in two and scored a run.
• Ryan Surin collected his first win of the season, tossing 1.1 innings of hitless ball.
• Billiken relievers combined for 4.1 innings of no-run and three-hit ball.
