ST. LOUIS – The Saint Louis University women's soccer team sees its first game action of the 2022 season Wednesday, Aug. 10, when Lindenwood visits Robert R. Hermann Stadium for an exhibition match.
 
First whistle is scheduled for 7 p.m., and admission is free. There will be no streaming or live stats.
 
The Billikens, who are in their 27th season of competition in 2022, welcome back 22 players from their 2021 team that captured a fourth consecutive Atlantic 10 Conference Championship title and advanced to the NCAA Championship second round.
 
Following a second exhibition game Saturday, Aug. 13, at Evansville, SLU opens the regular season Thursday, Aug. 18, at home vs. eighth-ranked Arkansas. No. 16 Notre Dame visits Hermann Stadium Thursday, Aug. 25.
 
Lindenwood is reclassifying from NCAA Division II to NCAA Division I. The Lions joined the Ohio Valley Conference this year after competing in the Division II Great Lakes Valley Conference.
