GAME DETAILS
•Atlantic 10 Conference leading scorer Emily Gaebe registered two goals to lead No. 22 Saint Louis to a 3-0 victory over Saint Joseph's Sunday afternoon, a win that gave the Billikens the outright A-10 regular-season title.
•The Billikens, who have won five of the last six A-10 regular-season championships, improved to 14-2-2 overall and concluded A-10 play with a 9-0-1 league record. They extended their winning streak and shutout streak to seven games and their unbeaten streak to 13 games (11-0-2).
•Saint Joseph's slipped to 4-8-6, 4-3-3.
•SLU, which will have home field advantage throughout the A-10 Championship, will host eighth-seeded VCU in a quarterfinal game Friday, Oct. 27, at 7 p.m.
•Gaebe's two markers boosted her league-leading totals to 13 goals and 32 points, both tying Saint Louis single-season records. She moved into a third-place tie with Cassi Winchell for career goals (29) and passed Winchell for sixth in career points (73).
•Gaebe's brace was her fourth of the season and third in the last four games. She netted the first goal in the 22nd minute with assists from Anna Lawler and Caroline Kelly and doubled the lead in the 56th minute with an assist from Lyndsey Heckel.
•Hannah Sawyer, assisted by Jordan Gary and Jess Preusser, tacked on a goal in the 88th minute.
•Emily Puricelli made one save and picked up her seventh shutout of the season.
