ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis men's soccer rolled to an 8-0 victory over Blackburn College Tuesday night in a nonconference match at Hermann Stadium.
The Billikens improved to 8-4-3 overall with the win, while Blackburn dipped to 1-13-2 with the loss.
CJ Coppola and Tanner Anderson both tallied twice. Max Floriani, Matthew Wrobel, Karson Gibbs and Cole Dougherty also scored for SLU. It was the first-career goals for Floriani, Gibbs and Dougherty.
Mads Stistriup Petersen tied a school record with three assists. Wrobel and Kevin Komodi had two assists apiece.
Jeremi Abonnel and Greg L'Hommedieu split time in goal for the Billikens.
Prior to the match, SLU recognized eight members of the men's soccer family on Senior Night – student manager Ally Wagner, student manager Taylor Wagner, Christian Buendia, Galen Flynn, Caleb Iverson, Kevin Komodi, Diego Konincks and Jack Mika.
The Billikens conclude the regular season on Saturday when it heads to Saint Joseph's for a 6 p.m. (CT) kickoff.
