The Billikens dip to 7-6 overall, while the Wolfpack improve to 8-3.

SLU went up 5-0 at the jump on a Hargove basket and an Ezewiro traditional 3-point play. The SLU lead got to six before it exchanged hands several times throughout the half. The Billikens took a 36-33 lead into the break.
In the second half, NC State quickly put an end to its 3-point drought to two quick ones to force a SLU timeout. NC State then used an 8-0 run, part of an 11-2 rally, to gain command.
Saint Louis is off for two weeks and returns to action to open Atlantic 10 Conference play on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2024, against Loyola Chicago at Chaifetz Arena.
