Baseball Continues Home Stretch with Four Games

Due to weather, Saint Louis' weekend series against Lamar has been moved to USA Baseball Stadium in Millington, Tenn. First pitch is slated for 3 p.m. Friday, 1 p.m. Sturday and Noon Sunday.

Saint Louis baseball has announced the addition of a midweek contest against South Dakota State on Wednesday, March 15, at 2 p.m. at Billiken Sports Center. Live stats can be followed here.


In the midst of a seven-game home stretch, Saint Louis is set to host Southern Indiana and Lamar in a four-contest week.

First pitch between the Billikens and Screaming Eagles has been moved up to 3 p.m. due to weather on Tuesday. Fans can follow live stats here.

The weekend series with Lamar gets underway Friday at 3 p.m. Saturday's first pitch is at 2 p.m., while Sunday's game will start at Noon. Live stats are available for each matchup (Friday | Saturday | Sunday).

Patrick Clohisy is coming off a career week for the Billikens, after slashing .667/.688/1.667 and collecting 10 hits in SLU's three games. His three-home run game against Northwestern to end the week tied a Billiken record for homers in a contest.

Clohisy leads the Atlantic 10 Conference and is 18th nationally with seven home runs on the season. He's also tops in the league in runs scored (22) and total bases (46), while his 18 RBIs rank third.

Ethan Sitzman has a team-best .400 batting average and a .509 on-base percentage.

The Billikens have a plus-38 run differential in their first 13 games of the year.

Ethan Bell and Luke Gasser lead the team out of the bullpen, posting 1.12 and 1.35 ERAs, respectively, in four appearances each. Bell and Henry Litman each have a team-high 10 punchouts.
