Redding Signs with Milwaukee Milkmen

MILWAUKEE – Recent Saint Louis University graduate and first baseman Cam Redding has signed a professional contract with the Milwaukee Milkmen, an independent club that plays in the American Association of Professional Baseball.

Redding made his professional debut on June 4, posting two hits and two RBIs as the starting designated hitter in an 8-4 Milwaukee win over the Chicago Dogs.

A native of Wilmette, Illinois, Redding played five seasons at Saint Louis University and graduates as one of the program's all-time greats. His 177 career RBIs rank fourth in school history, while his 26 career homers is seventh. Redding is seventh all-time in career runs scored (150), ninth in hits (238) and tied for 10th in doubles (45).

This past season, Redding led the Billikens with 14 homers and was one RBI away from leading the team (55) despite missing the first 21 games of the season due to injury. He was named first-team All-Conference for the second year in a row.

Redding graduated from SLU with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship in 2022 and an MBA in 2023.
