GAME DETAILS
•Emily Puricelli became Saint Louis' all-time leader in goalkeeper victories, and Hannah Larson tallied two assists as the 21st-ranked Billikens defeated Utah State 2-0 Sunday afternoon at Bell Soccer Field.
•SLU evened its record at 1-1, while Utah State of the Mountain West Conference fell to 1-1.
•Puricelli registered her 49th win between the posts, breaking a tie with Meghann Burke (1999-2002). The shutout was her 30th as a Billiken, tying Mary Niehaus (2016-17, 19) for second place on SLU's career chart. Puricelli made six saves.
•Both Saint Louis goals were scored on corner kicks. Sophia Stram netted the first in the 33rd minute for her fourth career game-winning goal, and Hannah Sawyer tacked on an insurance marker in the 65th minute.
