GAME DETAILS
•Hope Kim scored her second goal of the season in the 21st minute, and Saint Louis moved into second place in the Atlantic 10 Conference with a 1-0 Senior Day victory over VCU Sunday afternoon at Hermann Stadium.
•The Billikens, who captured a second straight win and extended their unbeaten streak to nine games (6-0-3), improved to 8-1-5 overall and 4-0-2 in the A-10. They trail first-place Dayton (5-1) by one point in the standings.
•VCU, which suffered its first conference defeat and saw its unbeaten streak snapped at six games, fell to 2-7-4 overall and 1-1-4 in the league.
•Both of Kim's goals this season have given Saint Louis a 1-0 A-10 victory. The first came at Massachusetts in the conference opener.
•Julia Simon assisted on Kim's goal. It was Simon's third helper of the season, tying her for the team lead, and her second game-winning assist.
•Emily Puricelli, making her 100th consecutive start in goal, collected two saves and increased her school-record career totals to 75 wins and 46 shutouts. The clean sheet was Puricelli's sixth of the year and the Billikens' eighth.

•SLU defeated VCU for a fourth consecutive time and increased its series lead vs. the Rams to 8-3-1 overall and 4-1 at Hermann Stadium.
•Saint Louis fired a season-high 29 total shots, out-shooting VCU 29-5 overall and 9-2 in shots on goal. The Billikens also earned a 10-3 edge in corner kicks.
•SLU is 74-9-11 in its last 94 games at Hermann Stadium, an .846 winning percentage. Sunday's shutout was the Bills' 59th during the 94-game stretch. Against A-10 opponents during that period, Saint Louis is 51-1-4 (39-0-4 regular season, 12-1-0 A-10 tournament).
•The Billikens extended their A-10 regular-season unbeaten streak to 26 games. Including conference tournament games, Saint Louis extended its unbeaten streak vs. league opponents to 35 games.

•Kim and Hannah Larson tallied a game-high five shots apiece. Kim established a career high, while Larson matched her career best. Ashley Miller recorded a career-high four shots, while Katie Houck tied her career highs of three total shots and two shots on frame.
