ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis completed its exhibition slate with a 65-44 victory over Missouri S&T on Tuesday night.
The Billikens finished the exhibition season 2-0. They now set their sights on the season opener next Monday against South Dakota in Vermillion. Tip time against the Coyotes is 5:30 p.m.
On Tuesday, freshman Shun'teria Anumele led the Billikens with 20 points. Peyton Kennedy chipped in 12, while Kennedy Calhoun had 10 points.
Kennedy added a team-high seven rebounds. Calhoun had team-bests of four assists and four steals to go along with her 10 points.Â
SLU had a big fourth quarter, shooting 52.9 percent in the frame. That helped SLU put together a 20-0 run that gave the Bills a comfortable lead.
All 14 Billikens saw playing time in the game.
