SETTING THE SCENE

• Saint Louis (9-16, 2-10 A-10) continues Atlantic 10 Conference play on Tuesday night when it takes on the Duquesne Dukes in Pittsburgh.
• Tuesday's game will be streamed on ESPN+. Tim Benz and Ellis Cannon have the call.
• KMOX 1120 AM serves as the Home for Billiken Basketball on the radio. Billiken Hall of Famers and longtime SLU men's basketball radio partners Bob Ramsey and Earl Austin Jr. will the call the action for all SLU games, both at home and on the road.

• Saint Louis (9-16, 2-10 A-10) heads to Pittsburgh to take on the Duquense Dukes on Tuesday night.
• The Billikens are coming off a 95-85 loss to VCU on Friday night and have lost two straight.  
• Sincere Parker is the first Billiken since Larry Hughes in 1998 to record 30-plus points in three consecutive games. No Billiken has ever scored 30 in four straight. Parker dropped 33 at La Salle Feb. 7, a career-high 34 at Saint Joseph's on Feb. 10, and 30 against VCU on Feb. 16.
• Parker, who missed 11 games with a broken foot earlier this year, is back atop the SLU scoring chart averaging 16.8 ppg.
• Gibson Jimerson is second on the Bills with 14.1 ppg. The seventh-leading all-time scorer at SLU needs eight more 3-pointers to surpass the school record of 295. He is SLU's all-time leader in 3-pointers attempted in a career (718).
• Terrence Hargrove Jr., who holds the school record for games played in a career (137 and counting), is third on the Bills in scoring (12.8) and second in rebounding (5.5).
• Bradley Ezewiro is fourth on the Billikens with 12.6 ppg and leads the team with 6.1 rpg.
• Cian Medley is No. 7 among freshmen in school history with 84 assists this season.
• The Billikens are averaging 91.0 ppg over their last three games, which includes a 102-point effort at La Salle Feb. 7, the most points they have ever scored in an A-10 game.
• Current Billiken first-year assistant coach Charles Thomas spent the previous seven seasons at Duquesne as an assistant coach on Keith Dambrot's staff.

• Despite another 30-point outing by Sincere Parker, Saint Louis fell 95-85 to VCU Friday night in Atlantic 10 Conference men's basketball action at Chaifetz Arena.
• The Billikens dipped to 9-16 overall and 2-10 in A-10 play, while VCU has now won nine of its last 10 to improve to 17-8 and 9-3 in the league.
• Parker finished 10-of-16 from the field, 4-of-6 from the arc and 6-of-9 from the free-throw line. He also posted four steals and dished out two assists. He is the first Billiken to have three-straight 30-point games since Larry Hughes in 1998.
• Terrence Hargrove Jr. added 18 points, while Gibson Jimerson and Bradley Ezewiro chipped in 13 points apiece.
• VCU's 95 points were a Chaifetz Arena record for a Billiken opponent and is the most SLU has allowed during an A-10 game. Joe Bamisile and Max Shulga led the Rams with 27 points and 26 points, respectively. The Rams out-rebounded the Billikens 39-24.

• The Duquesne University (Pittsburgh, Pa.) Dukes enter Tuesday's matchup 15-10 overall and 5-7 in Atlantic 10 Conference play.
• The Dukes began league play 0-5 but have turned it around and have won six out of its last eight.
• Duquesne features a strong backcourt scoring tandem in Dae Dae Grant and Jimmy Clark III. Grant scores 16.7 ppg and is second in the NCAA in FT percentage (.956, 108-113), while Clark averages 14.8 ppg. Clark is second in the A-10 and ranks among the top 30 in the NCAA in steals (54) and steals per game (2.16).
• David Dixon is third on the team with 7.6 ppg and he has a team-best 45 blocked shots. Fousseyni Drame has a team-leading 5.8 rpg.
• As a team, the Dukes are last in the A-10 in scoring offense at 71.4 ppg.
• Head coach Keith Dambrot is in his seventh season at Duquesne with a 106-94 record. He is 519-303 in 26 seasons as a collegiate head coach. Dambrot coached LeBron James at Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary High School.   

• This is the 35th meeting all-time between the Billikens and Duquesne. The series is deadlocked at 17-17.
• The Billikens have won two in a row and own a 15-13 record against the Dukes in A-10 regular-season play.
• Duquesne leads 10-6 in games played in Pittsburgh. This is SLU's second time playing at the newly renovated UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse. SLU won the last game here, 77--53, on Jan. 29, 2022.
