"It was an honor and a privilege to serve this program that has given so much to me," Flowers said. "While I will deeply miss the people and culture of Billiken basketball, I look forward to broadening my horizons and playing again. Thank you to everyone who helped me during my time as a player and as a staff member."
Â
"Brooke left a lasting mark on Saint Louis women's basketball in her five years as a player and one year as a graduate student manager," SLU head coach
Rebecca Tillett said. "She always knew just the right thing to say to the team to inspire them to elevate. It is a special skill to seize that moment and choose the words that will resonate and elevate. Brooke is enjoying her first season as a pro in Australia, and we are enthusiastically supporting her from SLU."
