EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Saint Louis scored three goals in the first half and one in the second in a 4-0 exhibition victory over Evansville Saturday evening at Arad McCutchan Stadium.
 
The Billikens took a 1-0 lead in the ninth minute and tallied again in the 11th and 29th minutes to carry a 3-0 advantage into intermission. The final goal was posted in the 75th minute.
 
SLU allowed only four shots.
 
Saint Louis, ranked 12th in the United Soccer Coaches preseason poll, opens the regular season at home Thursday, Aug. 15, against Kansas City. First whistle at Robert R. Hermann Stadium is slated for 7 p.m.
