Saint Louis travels to Portland, Oregon, to face the Portland Pilots on Friday night. Game time from Merlo Field is slated for 9 p.m. (CT).
 
Both the Billikens and Pilots have been ranked in the top 10 this season. The Bills are winless in their last three and enter Friday's match 1-2-1. The Pilots are coming off a 1-1 tie against Utah Tech and are 2-2-1 on the season.

1 // Matthew Wrobel was named the Atlantic 10 Conference co-Offensive Player of the Week Aug. 26 after scoring the game-winning goal against Indiana. It is the second time that Wrobel has earned the honor in his career – the first time came in 2022 when he received the accolade while playing for St. Bonaventure.
 
2 // SLU defender Joey Maher was named to the A-10 preseason All-Conference team. He transferred to SLU after a stellar four-year career at IU, playing in two College Cups with the Hoosiers, including last year as a team captain.
 
3 // Luis Lara scored the equalizer against IU Indianapolis, his first goal as a Billiken. He is SLU's active leader in career goals scored with 17 (16 at Stetson, one at SLU).

4 // SLU head coach Kevin Kalish, a two-time A-10 Coach of the Year, is in his seventh season at SLU and 13th overall as a collegiate head coach. Kalish is 62-28-20 during his time at SLU and 111-74-34 in his career.
 
5 // The series between the Billikens and Pilots is tied 1-1-1. Portland prevailed in the last game in 2009, winning 3-1 at Merlo Field. SLU's win came in 2008 on a neutral field at Creighton, winning 5-1. The first meeting occurred in 1993, a 0-0 draw in Portland.
