ST. LOUIS – The Saint Louis University women's soccer team moved up in this week's United Soccer Coaches Top 25, re-entered the Top Drawer Soccer Top 25 and debuted among the top 50 teams in the first NCAA Division I Ratings Percentage Index (RPI) of the season.

Last Thursday's 3-2 victory at then-No. 16 Xavier lifted the Billikens from No. 23 to No. 22 in the United Soccer Coaches poll and back into the Top Drawer Soccer rankings at No. 24.

In the RPI, used by the NCAA to help determine selection and seedings for the NCAA Championship, Saint Louis is No. 47. Among the Billikens' non-conference opponents, Penn State is No. 6, BYU is No. 23, Xavier is No. 29 and Creighton is No. 43. Four of SLU's Atlantic 10 Conference opponents – Loyola Chicago (No. 49), Massachusetts (No. 53), Duquesne (No. 54) and Dayton (No. 86) – are among the top 100.

The Billikens begin A-10 play Thursday, Sept. 19, with a 3 p.m. CT contest at Massachusetts. SLU returns to Robert R. Hermann Stadium to host George Washington Sunday, Sept. 22, at 1 p.m.
