ST. LOUIS – Ethan Sitzman hit a walk-off RBI single to give the Billikens the 3-2 win over Saint Joseph's on Saturday afternoon.
The Bills got on the board first when
Brenden Stressler tripled and Sitzman hit an RBI double to go up 1-0.
The Hawks plated runs in the fifth and seventh to take the lead 2-1.
In the bottom of the ninth,
Max McGwire hit a sacrifice fly to score
Hayden Moore.
Ethan Sitzman came to the plate with two on and two out and hit a walk off single to get the win.
Jack Weber got his first win of the season after throwing 8.0 innings out of the bullpen, racking up six strikeouts.
Saint Louis faces St. Joe's for the deciding match of the series on Sunday at noon.
