THE BASICS
Abby Mallo had two hits and two RBIs and
Anna Christ continued her strong work out of the bullpen in Saint Louis' come-from-behind 4-3 victory over Lindenwood Wednesday evening at Lou Brock Sports Complex.

SLU (26-19) extended its winning streak to 11 games, one shy of the school record and tied for the third-longest current winning streak in NCAA Division I. The Billikens are 17-3 in their last 20 games.

HOW IT HAPPENED
•Saint Louis plated a run in the top of the first inning.
Karsen Jany walked, stole second and scored on Mallo's two-out single.
•The Billikens doubled the lead in the fifth.
Natalie Sullivan walked and stole second, and walks to Mallo and
Jane Kaniecki loaded the bases.
Chloe Rhine's two-out walk scored Sullivan.
•Lindenwood tallied three runs in its half of the fifth to go on top 3-2.
•SLU responded right away, scoring twice in the sixth.
Ashley Marietta led off with a double and scored on
Abby Ulsas' one-out triple. Mallo came through with two outs again, bringing Ulsas home with an infield single.

BILLIKEN NOTABLES
•Christ collected her third win of the season. She entered with two on and two out in the fifth and ended the Lindenwood rally, then allowed only an infield single and a walk in the final two frames.
•
Taylor Hochman started in the circle and tossed two scoreless innings, lowering her Atlantic 10-leading ERA to 2.19.
•Kaniecki drew three walks.
