•The Bills are 2-0 vs. state-of-Missouri teams this season, defeating Kansas City 4-0 and Missouri 1-0.
•Missouri State, picked to finish third in its first year in Conference USA after exiting the Missouri Valley Conference, is 1-2 in intrastate battles this year. The Bears topped Southeast Missouri State 3-0 and suffered losses to Kansas City (1-0) and, in their most recent outing Aug. 31, Missouri (2-0).
•Saint Louis owns a 13-2-6 series lead over Missouri State, the Billikens' most frequent non-conference opponent. SLU is 5-0-4 vs. the Bears in St. Louis, including a 0-0 draw in the most recent meeting at Hermann Stadium (2021).
•Since Saint Louis' last loss to Missouri State (1-0 in 2011), the Billikens are 5-0-1 vs. the Bears and have not allowed a goal. The last two meetings have occurred in Springfield, with SLU winning 4-0 in 2024 and 7-0 in 2022.
•Saint Louis is tied for second in the Atlantic 10 Conference and tied for 28th nationally in shutout percentage (.600, three shutouts in five games). The Billikens also are second in the A-10 (60th nationally) in assists per game (2.00).
•Through five games, four different Billikens have netted at least one goal, and seven different Billikens have recorded at least one assist.

Audrey Smith, who has scored three of Saint Louis' last four goals, leads the team with three goals and six points.

Rylee Howard has two goals, and
Izzy Luebbert has a team-high three assists.
•Saint Louis is 81-9-11 (.856) in its last 101 games at Hermann Stadium, a stretch that dates to the final home game of the 2015 campaign. In those 101 games, SLU outscored opponents 231-39, posted 65 shutouts, and allowed more than one goal just three times.
•Missouri State's final season in the MVC was a memorable one as the Bears posted a 13-5-3 overall record, won the league's regular-season (9-0-1) and tournament titles and played in the NCAA Tournament, where they fell 2-1 to Iowa in the opening round.
•Among the returning players from the 2024 team are redshirt-senior forward Julia Kristensen, the MVC Player of the Year; sophomore midfielder Jane Hansen, the MVC Freshman of the Year and a second-team All-Conference selection; and senior defender Maddie Schneiderhahn, a third-team All-Conference honoree.
•Seven different Bears have scored at least one goal, with senior midfielder Abby Hansen, junior forward/midfielder Reilly Heman and junior midfielder Brooke Cattoor leading the way with two goals apiece. Hansen has a team-high three assists.
•Redshirt junior Ella Becker has logged all but 50 minutes in goal. Becker has a 1.84 goals against average and a .737 save percentage.
