  • The Billikens improved to 8-7 after defeating Duquesne 72-62 on Wednesday. Saint Louis was 6-1 in December
  • SLU is also 2-0 in conference play for the first time since the 2017-18 season.
  • Alyssa Koerkenmeier had her second consecutive double-double with 11 points and rebounds, adding four blocks.
  • Alexia Nelson had 13 points with eight assists and only one turnover, she is now just two assists away from 300 in her career
  • Saint Louis swept the A-10 WBB weekly awards earlier this week - Nelson was named Player of the Week and Koerkenmeier was the Rookie
  • Zya Nugent is averaging 14.2 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.
  • Jahda Denis averages 12.2 points and has scored in double figures for 10 straight games.
  • She is also seventh nationally in free throw percentage at 93.5 percent
  • Saint Louis leads the Atlantic 10 in scoring with nearly 74 points per game.
  • The Billikens are 15th nationally with 5.7 blocks per game.
  • Koerkenmeier is ninth nationally in blocks and is second in the A-10 with 8.2 rebounds per game.
  • Tillett is in her fourth season at Saint Louis and eighth as a head coach. She guided the Billikens to their first Atlantic 10 tournament title and NCAA tournament appearance in 2022-23, and previously led Longwood to the 2021-22 Big South championship.
 
ABOUT THE WILDCATS
  • Davidson is 10-5 this season, also 2-0 in conference play defeating Duquesne and Loyola.
  • Four of five of the Wildcats' losses were to Power 4 opponents.
  • Charlise Dunn leads Davidson in scoring at 16.3 points and rebounding at 7.8 per game.
  • Katie Donovan is averaging 12.3 points per game and is second nationally in three-point percentage at 52.5
