Billikens Announce Local Television Schedule

ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis University announced today that up to nine games will air on local television during the 2026-27 men's basketball season.

KPLR 11 and KSDK are scheduled to televise four games each, while Matrix Midwest will air one game.

The agreements were reached on behalf of SLU by its athletics multimedia rights holder, Learfield's Billiken Sports Properties.

"We are excited to bring Billiken Basketball to fans across the St. Louis region through over-the-air television," SLU Director of Athletics Chris May said. "With the momentum surrounding our program and another exciting season ahead, these broadcasts provide another opportunity for fans to follow the Billikens while increasing our visibility throughout the St. Louis market. We thank Billiken Sports Properties and our partners at KPLR, KSDK and Matrix Midwest for their commitment to Billiken Basketball and their role in connecting our program with the community."

Tom Ackerman, sports director at KMOX 1120 AM in St. Louis, will once again handle play-by-play duties for the Billikens' home games included in the television package. Former Billiken Troy Robertson will serve as the analyst, and KMOV-TV's Tamar Sher will serve as a reporter.
