WASHINGTON – Saint Louis junior forward Audrey Smith is the Atlantic 10 Conference women's soccer Offensive Player of the Week for Aug. 24-30, the league office announced Monday.
 
Smith collected two goals and an assist to help lead Saint Louis to a 1-1 tie at Illinois and a 2-0 victory at Indiana last week. Her goal in the 53rd minute at Illinois erased a 1-0 deficit as the Billikens earned a come-from-behind draw. At Indiana, she provided the primary assist on SLU's game-winning goal in the 49th minute and tacked on an insurance goal, her team-leading fourth marker of the season, in the 80th minute.
 
Smith is tied for the A10 lead in goals, and her nine points rank second in the conference.
 
Saint Louis owns a 3-1-1 record and is unbeaten in its last four games. The Billikens play at Illinois State Thursday, Sept. 3, at 6 p.m.
