ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis men's soccer will begin the 2026 season ranked No. 4 in the United Soccer Coaches preseason poll, matching the program's highest preseason ranking since the 2004 Billikens also opened the year at No. 4.

SLU concluded the 2025 campaign with a 13-3-8 record, capturing the Atlantic 10 regular-season and tournament championships before advancing to the NCAA College Cup for the first time since 1997. The Billikens finished the season ranked No. 4 in the final United Soccer Coaches poll.

The Billikens' challenging 2026 schedule features two opponents ranked in the preseason top 25. Saint Louis hosts No. 15 SMU at Hermann Stadium in its second match of the season on Aug. 24, and welcomes No. 12 Akron on Sept. 12.
