Biography
2015-16 • Sophomore
• Battled through a foot injury all season long but still appeared in all 32 games (two starts).
• Led the team in 3-point field goal percentage for the second year in a row, hitting 39.7 percent (29-74) from distance.
• Finished 17-of-18 (.944) from the free-throw line.
• Scored a career-high 24 points in the A-10 Championship first round game against George Mason at Barclays Center. Was 8-of-10 from the floor and 7-of-8 from 3-point range.
• The seven 3-pointers vs. Mason are tied for the second-most in a single game in SLU history, and were one shy of the A-10 Tournament record.
• Buried a clutch 3-pointer with less than a minute remaining at George Mason in the regular season that helped the Billikens send the game into overtime.
• Scored 17 points, thanks in part to three triples, in the win at UMass.
• Had 11 points on 4-of-7 shooting (three 3-pointers) against Indiana State.
• A-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
2014-15 • Freshman
• Played in all 32 games and drew 16 starting assignments.
• Scored 4.9 ppg and tied for the team lead with 55 assists.
Led the A-10 in 3-point field goal percentage in conference games, connecting at a 45.2 percent (28-62) clip.
• In all games, was third in the league with a 43 percent (37-86) mark from long range.
• His 43 percent mark from 3-point range is the best by a freshman in school history (minimum 50 attempts).
• Tied for ninth on the SLU freshman list with 37 3-pointers made.
• Scored a season-high 16 points at Duquesne on 6-of-9 shooting from the field and 4-of-7 from 3-point range. Also gathered a career-high five rebounds against the Dukes.
• Scored five baskets, including a driving layup with 30 seconds left that sent the game into overtime, en route to 12 points in the win against Saint Joseph’s.
• Dished out a season-high seven assists in the home game against VCU.
• Scored 13 points in the home victory against Duquesne thanks to a 4-of-7 performance from 3-point land.
• Led the Billikens with 13 points at Wichita State.
Prep
• Four-year point guard out of MacArthur High School in Decatur, Ill.
• Also played AAU for the Peoria (Ill.) Irish.
• Associated Press Class 3A All-State honorable mention selection.
• Earned a special mention All-State nod from the Chicago Tribune.
• Averaged 18.7 points, 6.3 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 3.3 steals his senior year.
• Led the Generals to a 16-11 record and his team nearly upset top-ranked Lincoln in a regional final matchup.
