Mike Lepore served as Director of Basketball Operations for the Billikens for two seasons from 2012-14. He came to SLU from Wake Forest, where he spent seven years as a player and staff member..

Prior to arriving at SLU, Lepore served as director of scouting/recruiting for head coach Jeff Bzdelik at Wake Forest. In that capacity, Lepore was charged with assisting with the planning an execution of unofficial and official recruiting visits, coordinating AAU event schedules, maintaining recruiting depth charts for future seasons, creating and sending mailouts to the team's recruiting database and keeping and updating team efficiency stats throughout the season.

Other titles held by Lepore at Wake include assistant coordinator of operations (2009-10) and team videographer (2011-12).

Lepore was a four-year walk-on guard at Wake Forest, playing for the late Skip Prosser and Dino Gaudio for two seasons each. In all, he appeared in 19 games during his career, including 10 his senior season in 2008-09.

A New Jersey native, Lepore was a four-time member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll. He gradated from Wake Forest in May of 2009 with a degree in Finance.
