Biography

Concluded her career second in wins (49); third in innings (620.2), appearances (131) and starts (97); tied for fourth in complete games (57) and saves (six); fifth in shutouts (nine); seventh in strikeouts (404) and 10th in ERA (3.27) on SLU's career lists.

• In the A-10 rankings (all games) -- first in wins (21), innings (229) and complete games (career-high 24), fourth in strikeouts (career-high 167), seventh in ERA (career-best 2.72), tied for seventh in saves (career-high-tying two).

• Tallied career highs and team season highs of 11 strikeouts (one of eight outings in which she had seven or more strikeouts) and 10 innings in a 3-2 win over George Mason.
• Posted a 16-5 record, a 1.82 ERA and two saves over her last 27 appearances.
• Was the winning pitcher in relief (three innings, one run) vs. Dayton in an A-10 Championship elimination game.
• Tossed her second career no-hitter and struck out eight vs. St. Bonaventure; was the winning pitcher in all three games vs. the Bonnies.
• Tossed a shutout in the series opener vs. Fordham.
• Allowed no earned runs and just seven hits and three walks in two complete-game victories over Saint Joseph's, and was the winning pitcher in relief in the other contest vs. the Hawks.
• Collected her two saves in games two and three vs. Rhode Island, allowing no earned runs and just two hits and a walk in four innings.
• Fanned seven vs. nationally ranked Kentucky.
• Did not allow an earned run in a 2-1, eight-inning win over Youngstown State.

• On SLU's all-time single-season lists, was tied for fourth in wins, tied for fifth in starts, sixth in innings pitched, tied for sixth in shutouts and appearances, and tied for ninth in complete games.
• Her 32 starts set a season record for a Billiken senior.
• Led the team in ERA, wins, innings pitched, strikeouts, appearances and starts.
• Fourth on the team in assists (58).
• Registered career bests in ERA, wins, appearances, starts, complete games, shutouts, innings pitched and strikeouts.
• Pitched a SLU season-high nine innings vs. Fordham.
• Issued only 2.22 walks per seven innings and compiled a 2-to-1 strikeouts-to-walks ratio.
• Tossed a four-hitter with five strikeouts and just one walk to beat George Washington 6-1.
• Went the nine-inning distance in a victory over Fordham.
• Recorded a save in game two of the Saint Joseph's series, then won the eight-inning series finale, allowing just five hits and one earned run.
• Appeared in all three games vs. Massachusetts, notching two wins and a 2.80 ERA; fired a one-hitter in the series finale.
• Went 2-0 with a 0.64 ERA and 12 strikeouts in the Rhode Island series.
• Picked up two wins vs. St. Bonaventure, allowing just one unearned run, seven hits and three walks while striking out 10 in 13 innings.
• In winning twice vs. Western Illinois, pitched nine scoreless innings, walked only two and fanned seven.
• Won twice, including a shutout of Kansas City, at Central Arkansas' Michelle Short Memorial Classic, compiling a 1.50 ERA and walking only two in 14 innings.
• Gave only two hits and did not walk a batter in a shutout of Northern Kentucky.
• Struck out a career-high eight batters in a three-hit, one-walk shutout of South Dakota.
• Had an 18 1/3 consecutive-scoreless-innings streak.

2021 • JUNIOR
• Earned NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete accolades.
• Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
• Led the pitching staff in appearances (career-high 27), starts (career-high 20), wins (career-high nine), innings (career-high 115), ERA (3.83), fewest walks per seven innings (2.01), shutouts (career-high two), saves (career-high two) and complete games (career-high eight).
• In the A-10 rankings (all games), ranked third in starts, tied for third in saves, fourth in innings, tied for sixth in complete games and shutouts, eighth in wins and 10th in strikeouts (career-high 65).
• Seven of her nine victories were against A-10 opponents, tying for sixth in the league; also ranked among the top 10 in conference play in starts (12, tied for fourth), innings (71.2, fifth), complete games (six, tied for fifth) and strikeouts (39, tied for eighth).
• Threw the second perfect game in program history vs. Dayton.
• Allowed no earned runs and three hits and struck out five in a 3-2 win over SIUE.
• Did not figure in the decision but tossed 4.1 shutouts innings in a 2-0 victory in game three at George Mason.
• In the George Mason series finale, beat the Patriots 5-1 with a complete-game four-hitter (six strikeouts).
• Struck out a career-high seven in a complete-game win over St. Bonaventure.
• Was the winning pitcher in three of the four games vs. St. Bonaventure, allowing just three earned runs, 10 hits and two walks while striking out 11 in 13 innings.
• In a 3-2 win over Southern Illinois, pitched the first two innings, then re-entered in the seventh with the bases loaded and nobody out and kept the Salukis off the board to register a save.
• Was the starter and winner in a victory over George Washington.
• Matched her career high of seven strikeouts in a four-hit shutout of Bellarmine.
• With the tying and go-ahead runs on base, came in to get the final out and a save vs. Western Illinois.
• Gave just one run and two hits in a three-inning stint vs. Missouri.
• Had two hits vs. Creighton.

2020 • SOPHOMORE
• Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
• Played in 12 games and started nine.
• Team-high 50.1 innings -- fifth in the A-10.
• Three wins -- tied for sixth in the A-10.
• 26 strikeouts -- tied for ninth in the A-10.
• Team-best 3.75 ERA -- 10th in the A-10.
• Led the team with nine starts and four complete games.
• Registered career highs of seven innings vs. Purdue Fort Wayne, Saint Francis and UTSA, five strikeouts vs. Miami (Ohio), and three assists vs. Texas State and Southern Mississippi.
• Collected complete-game victories over Saint Francis and Purdue Fort Wayne, allowing just one earned run in each game; yielded only one walk and one extra-base hit in 14 innings.
• Gave just one run over five innings in a win over Mississippi Valley State.

2019 • FRESHMAN
• Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
• Played in 15 games and started six.
• Recorded her first collegiate win after striking out two in a scoreless relief inning vs. Rhode Island.
• Tallied her first collegiate save in a three-inning outing vs. St. Bonaventure.
• Posted a 0.91 ERA over her last five appearances.
• Had a season-high five strikeouts vs. South Dakota State.
 
PRIOR TO SLU
Was a three-time All-State choice, making the second team as a junior and senior and the third team as a sophomore … struck out a school-record 628 batters in her career … also finished among Centralia’s career top five in home runs (29) and innings pitched (537.2) … as a senior, earned the South Seven Conference Most Valuable Player award, was named SICA All-South and made a third consecutive appearance in the Southern Illinois Select All-Star Game … helped lead Centralia to a 27-9 record and a spot in the state quarterfinals after the Annies claimed conference, regional and sectional titles … batted .427 and registered 203 strikeouts in the circle in her senior campaign … was the South Seven Conference MVP in 2016 and repeated on the All-Conference first team in 2017 … collected first-team All-Region and All-South accolades as a junior … was the starting and winning pitcher in the 2017 Southern Illinois Select All-Star Game … began her prep career by batting .333 and earning second-team All-Conference honors as a freshman … hit .393 as a sophomore and .473 in her junior campaign … was class salutatorian and earned high academic honors every year … served as National Honor Society vice president … was an Illinois State Scholar … received the Scholastic Award as well as Performance Awards in Spanish, English, science, physical education, mathematics and business … played travel softball with the Illinois Force.
