ST. LOUIS - Saint Louis University men's tennis dropped a 7-0 decision at Louisville after head coach Derek Mills was forced to alter his singles lineup at the last minute. Neither Taylor Curran (Naples, Fla./Gulf Coast) nor Thomas Kwong (Tinley Park, Ill./Andrews) were available for singles action.

Walk-on Corey Stewart (Cleveland, Ohio/St. Ignatius) stepped in to the singles lineup at the No. 6 position and posted the team's best result, falling to UofL's Matt Mayer 1-6, 4-6. Sophomore Eric Sasser (New Orleans, La./Ben Franklin) was the only other Billiken to win multiple games in a set as he battled Brent McCombe to a 0-6, 3-6 decision.

The Billikens have a week to regroup and recover from injuries before traveling to Southwest Missouri State on Fri., Feb. 16.
