ST. LOUIS - The Saint
Louis men's soccer team finished 12th in average attendance for the
2011 season, according to the NCAA. The Billikens averaged
1,885 fans per game. Atlantic 10 rival and national runners up Charlotte was 14th
on the list with 1,542 fans per game.
The highest average attendance belongs to UC-Santa Barbara,
with a 4,782 average. UC-Santa Barbara has had the highest national attendance each
season since 2007.
In 2010, Saint Louis finished with an average attendance
of 1,229, ranking 21st in the nation. In 1999, 2001 and 2003 the
Billikens finished with the top attendance average in the NCAA.
