ST. LOUIS - The Saint Louis University department of athletics announced today that six individuals and three teams will be inducted into the Billiken Hall of Fame next month. The induction ceremony will take place Friday, Feb. 15, at the Busch Student Center on the SLU campus. The group will also be introduced at halftime of the Billiken men's basketball game against Charlotte Feb. 16 at Chaifetz Arena.
"This is a distinguished group of Billikens who enjoyed success in the classroom and in competition, and since graduating from Saint Louis have been pillars in the community," SLU director of athletics Chris May said. "We are honored to have them back to campus next month, and we are excited to have this class join our Hall of Fame."
The Billiken Hall of Fame welcomed its initial class in 1976. Since then, more than 250 student-athletes, teams and dignitaries have been selected for induction. Tickets for the 2013 Hall of Fame event are $50 and may be purchased by contacting the Billiken Club at (314) 977-8180 or by e-mail at billikenclub@slu.edu. More information on the Billiken Hall of Fame, including a form to nominate members for the 2015 class, can be found here.

The midfielder led the Billikens to the 2005 Atlantic 10 Conference regular-season and tournament titles while registering a career-high 24 points (11G, 2A). She scored the game-winning goal in SLU's NCAA Tournament victory against No. 18 Stanford. Perry is also first in the Billiken record book with 11 game-winning goals. She twice recorded 29 points in a season (2002 and 2003), which is the most all-time in a single season at SLU. The three-time NSCAA All-Region honoree was the Conference USA Freshman of the Year in 2001 and was named to the program's All-Decade Team in 2005.

In 1995 she averaged 16.9 ppg, which stands as the best scoring output by a SLU freshman. Likely was named to the Great Midwest Conference All-Newcomer team for her efforts.
