RECAP
Emily Wastell and Edie Carnazzo both scored goals, but La Salle came away with a 5-2 victory in an Atlantic 10 Conference field hockey match Friday in Philadelphia, Pa.

The Billikens fall to 0-9 and 0-3 in the league, while La Salle improves to 5-5 overall and 2-0 in the A-10.

Wastell opened the scoring in the seventh minute when she scored off of a Mica Diaz pass. It marked the second match in a row the Billikens opened the scoring with a first-quarter goal.

Edie Carnazzo scored early in the fourth quarter directly off a penalty corner. Kayleigh Fleming assisted on the score. 

Sasha Sander made 11 saves for the Billikens.

Saint Louis remains in Philadelphia to face Saint Joseph's on Sunday. Match time is 11 a.m. (CT).
