Saint Louis improved to 4-1 on the season, including taking 3-of-4 in the road stretch, and for the fourth time in five games, the Billikens held their opponent to 50 or less points.
Myriama Smith Traore sparked an 8-0 run for the Billikens early in the second quarter, scoring six consecutive points, including a three-pointer, helping SLU take a 27-19 lead into the locker room.
The Billikens then outscored SIUE 41-16 in the second half and came away with the 68-35 victory.
Wilken posted a career-high in both points (19) and rebounds (10).
Freshman Rachel Kent scored double-figures for the fifth straight game, collecting 16 points and three assists.
SLU held the Cougars to 20% shooting (12-61), 16% (3-19) from long range.
Nine Billikens found themselves in the scoring column in the game, including Victoria Mikkelsen for the first time this season.
Following four straight on the road, the Billikens will return to Chaifetz Arena Sunday afternoon for a 2 p.m. tip against Colgate.
