Saint Louis out-rebounded Missouri 38-30 Thursday night, but the Tigers hit 12-of-18 from distance and came away with the 83-58 victory. SLU moved to to 6-3 on the season, while the Tigers improved to 3-6.
The Billikens were led by sophomore Ciaja Harbison who tied a season-high and scored a game-high 19 points.
Missouri's leading scorer Amber Smith scored 10 points in the first quarter, leading the Tigers to a 22-12 advantage at the end of one.
Harbison was able to collect 10 of the Billikens' 15 points in the second quarter, but the Tigers took a 44-27 lead into the locker room.
Mizzou led SLU 68-39 at the end of the third quarter, marking the first time this season that SLUÂ had surrendered more than 62 points in a game.
The Billikens outscored the Tigers 19-15 in the fourth but fell short, falling 83-58 in the game.
Myia Clark connected on two from deep, finishing with 12 points, two rebounds and an assist.
Myriama Smith Traore collected a game-high 10 rebounds, while also tallying nine points, three assists, two blocks and two steals.
The Billikens return home on Sunday for a 2 p.m. tip against Illinois State.
