Kendra Wilken scored 13 points and Ciaja Harbison added 12, but Fordham outscored Saint Louis 37-20 in the second half to escape with a 66-54 victory Thursday night in Bronx, N.Y.
Wilken also collected four rebounds and three assists for the Billikens (10-9, 2-4 A-10), while Harbison pulled down seven boards and dished out three assists.
Myia Clark recorded 10 points, along with three rebounds and two assists.
Bre Cavanaugh led Fordham (12-6, 4-1 A-10) with a game-high 27 points, while also adding seven rebounds, three assists and two steals.
The two teams alternated baskets throughout the first quarter, but a Rams bucket on the final possession gave them a 14-11 advantage.
A Jaidah Stewart 3-pointer capped an 11-0 run for the Billikens to start the second period, putting them up 22-14 in the game.
Anna DeWolfe connected from deep for the Rams as time expired in the half, giving SLU a 34-29 lead into the locker room.
SLU kicked off the second half on a 9-2 run, ending with five straight points from Rachel Kent, giving the Billikens a 43-31 lead.
Fordham then answered with a 12-0 run of its own to end the third quarter tied at 43.
The Rams took their first lead since midway through the first at 46-45, eventually extending it to 56-48.
Saint Louis rallied to pull within five, but Fordham came away with the 66-54 victory.
The Billikens return to Chaifetz Arena on Sunday, Jan. 26, with a 5 p.m. tip against Duquesne. The game will be streamed on ESPN+.
