THE BASICS
• Ciaja Harbison matched her career high of 25 points, Julia Martinez poured in a career-best 17, and Myriama Smith Traore and Myia Clark posted double-doubles in Saint Louis' 69-54 victory over Bradley Sunday afternoon at Chaifetz Arena.
• Leading 44-42 at the 4:14 mark of the third quarter, Saint Louis outscored Bradley 25-12 the rest of the way.
• The Billikens improved to 2-0, while Missouri Valley Conference member Bradley slipped to 2-2.
 
FIRST QUARTER
• There were three ties and three lead changes in the opening frame.
• Saint Louis led by four points on three occasions, but Bradley closed the quarter with a 6-2 spurt to forge a 14-14 deadlock at the buzzer.
 
SECOND QUARTER
• Harbison and Martinez scored four points apiece in an 8-0 run that put the Billikens on top 27-19.
• The Braves answered with a 12-3 flurry to take a one-point lead.
• With five seconds left, Harbison finished off a 12-point quarter with a bucket that gave Saint Louis a 32-31 edge at intermission.
 
THIRD QUARTER
• The Billikens built a six-point advantage twice, but the Braves shaved the margin to two, 44-42, with 4:14 remaining.
• Saint Louis took command from there, outscoring Bradley 13-6 the rest of the way to lead 57-48.
 
FOURTH QUARTER
• Harbison's basket with 8:55 left gave SLU a double-digit lead for good, 59-48.
• The Billikens' largest advantage was 17 points.
 
BILLIKEN NOTABLES
• Saint Louis outscored Bradley 17-5 from the free throw line (17-of-21, 81 percent).
• The Billikens earned a 49-36 rebounding advantage, including a 16-8 edge on the offensive glass that led to a 17-6 margin in second-chance points.
• SLU outscored Bradley 36-18 in the paint.
• Clark turned in 13 points, and her 10 rebounds were just one shy of her career high. She also registered a career-high six assists.
• Smith Traore finished with 10 points and a game-high 13 rebounds.
• In addition to her career-high point total, Martinez gathered a career-best eight rebounds and added four assists.
• Rachel Kent pulled down six rebounds.
