COVID-19 Vaccine/Negative Test Requirement
All fans attending men's and women's basketball games at Chaifetz Arena will be required to either show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
For more information, please view the Chaifetz Safe Arena Policy located here.
Mask Requirement Policy
Chaifetz Arena is subject to the health and safety guidelines and policies as determined by the City of St. Louis and Saint Louis University. Both the City of St. Louis and Saint Louis University continue to require all to wear facial masks when indoors and within enclosed public buildings and spaces. Fans attending a SLU men's or women's basketball game are required to wear a face mask when they enter Chaifetz Arena. Face masks may be removed briefly to consume food or beverages.
The health and safety protocols will continue to be evaluated throughout the season and are subject to change at the direction of City and University public health authorities. Fans will be notified promptly when adjustments are made to any of these health and safety protocols.
Clear Bag Policy
For enhanced safety of guests and to speed up entry, Chaifetz Arena introduced a clear bag policy. Fans may bring in one clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a one-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy. To read more about the clear bag policy, please visit the Chaifetz Arena website located here:

Cashless Concessions
As an added benefit for fans, cashless purchasing will speed up the checkout process allowing fans to order their food and return to their seats in less time. To support that effort, cashless payment will be the only method of payment utilized at concession and merchandise stands. A cash to credit card machine will be located on the concourse near Section 102.
