THE BASICS
• Brooke Flowers posted 19 points and 16 rebounds for her third-straight double-double, and the Billikens picked up their biggest win of the year with a 64-57 victory at Dayton's UD Arena on Saturday afternoon.
• The Billikens, winners of six in a row, improved to 10-3 overall and 8-3 in conference play. Dayton (12-2, 11-1 A-10) saw its 11-game winning streak come to an end.
• The win was just the second for the Billikens at UD Arena since joining the A-10 in the 2005-06 season.
• It was Dayton's first A-10 home loss since Dec. 4, 2016, a span of 37 games.

FIRST QUARTER
• Dayton put together an 8-0 run midway through the opening quarter and led by eight points at 12-4 with 4:48 left. That ended up being the Flyer's largest lead of the game.
• Flowers and Ciaja Harbison scored four points apiece to account for the Billikens' eight points in the first quarter.

SECOND QUARTER
• The Billikens' first three baskets of the second quarter were 3-pointers – two from Rachel Kent and one from Myia Clark – as SLU went ahead 17-15.
• The teams traded baskets the rest of the quarter, as neither team grew a lead of more than two points.
• Saint Louis took a 27-25 lead into halftime.

THIRD QUARTER
• The Billikens came out firing in the third, jumping ahead 37-25 after beginning the quarter on a 10-0 run.
• Dayton responded with a 9-0 run of its own, and finished the quarter scoring four in a row and trailed just 46-45 heading into the fourth.

FOURTH QUARTER
• Myriama Smith Traore hit a pair of free throws two minutes into the final stanza to give the Billikens a five-point cushion at 50-45.
• The Flyers would score the next seven points and led 52-50 with 5:35 to go, their first lead since midway through the second quarter.
• Kent drained a big 3-pointer with 3:07 remaining to give SLU a 57-54 lead, one it would not relinquish the rest of the way.
• The Billikens defense held the Flyers without a field goal for the final two-plus minutes of action.

BILLIKEN NOTABLES
• The Billikens held Dayton to a season-low shooting percentage of .296 (21-71).
• Harbison and Clark joined Flowers in double figures with 14 points apiece.
