Allie Herron drove in the go-ahead run with a 15th-inning triple and
Aubrey Hacke tossed 11 innings of scoreless relief as Saint Louis outlasted George Mason 5-4 Friday night.
•The 15-inning marathon tied SLU's longest-game record. The Billikens defeated Southeast Missouri State 3-2 in 15 innings on April 8, 1993.

HOW IT HAPPENED
•Saint Louis took a 1-0 lead in the top of the first on
Sadie Wise's RBI triple.
•George Mason scored four runs, three of which were unearned, in the second.
•The Billikens answered right away, plating three 2-out runs in the third.
Alyssa Chavez drove in the first two with a single, and
Kelsey Etling's single brought home the tying run.
•In the 15th,
Kristi Stevenson singled with one out, stole second and scored on Herron's triple.

•Hacke collected her team-leading fifth win of the season. She struck out a career-high 11 batters, allowed eight hits and walked only two.
•Wise added two singles for a three-hit game.
•Herron tacked on a single for a two-hit night.

Maria Connell picked up a single.
