GAME DETAILS
•Top-seeded and 10th-ranked Saint Louis captured an unprecedented fifth consecutive Atlantic 10 Women's Soccer Championship title with a dominant 4-0 victory over second-seeded Dayton in the tournament final Sunday afternoon at Hermann Stadium.
•The Billikens (20-1) claimed the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament and will learn their seeding and first-round opponent during the NCAA Women's Soccer Selection Show Monday at 3 p.m.
•Lyndsey Heckel was named the tournament's Most Outstanding Player and was joined on the All-Tournament team by Emily Groark, Brionna Halverson, Katie Houck, Caroline Kelly, Hannah Larson and Sophia Stram.
•Larson, with the first of two Groark assists, put the Billikens on top with her fifth goal of the season in the 20th minute. Emily Gaebe (Hannah Sawyer assist) registered her ninth goal of the year in the 42nd minute to give SLU a 2-0 halftime lead.
•Hannah Friedrich (Groark) made it 3-0 in the 53rd minute with her second goal of the campaign, and Kelly (Larson) posted her 13th goal of the year in the 86th minute to conclude the scoring.
•SLU out-shot Dayton 19-8 overall and 10-2 in shots on goal.
•No. 2 seed Dayton, which saw its winning streak halted at four, finished the season 16-4-1.

BILLIKEN NOTABLES
•Saint Louis stretched its school-record winning streak to 18 games, which also is the longest active streak in NCAA Division I women's soccer. The Billikens also extended their school marks for wins (20), longest unbeaten streak (18) and shutouts (15).
•In addition, SLU equaled the A-10 women's soccer record of 20 wins in a season. The 2004 Dayton team also collected 20 victories.
•The win was the Billikens' 11th at Hermann Stadium this year, tying the 2006 and 2019 teams for the school record.
•Saint Louis improved to 20-5-1 all-time in A-10 Championship play. The Billikens have won 14 consecutive tournament games.
•In addition to owning the longest current winning streak in the nation, SLU leads Division I women's soccer in wins (20) and winning percentage (.952).
•SLU is now 62-6-6 (.878) in its last 74 games at Hermann Stadium. The shutout was the Bills' 47th during that stretch.
•The Billikens have shut out five straight and nine of their last 10 opponents.
•Saint Louis increased its school record for goals in a season (65). The Billikens have a plus-56 goal differential this season.
•Each of the Bills' four goals was scored by a new player combination. A different player combo has produced 46 of SLU's 53 assisted goals this year.
•The Billikens defeated Dayton for an 11th consecutive time to increase their series lead to 13-10-3. SLU holds a 5-3 lead over the Flyers in A-10 Championship play; Sunday's meeting was the first between the teams in the tournament final.
•Hannah Friedrich set the Saint Louis career record of 105 points. Jamie Perry (2001-04) held the previous mark of 104 points. Friedrich also tied Perry's school record of 261 career shots.
•Goalkeeper Emily Puricelli recorded her 13th shutout of the year (29th career), passing Meghann Burke (2002) for the Saint Louis single-season record. Puricelli also tied Burke (1999-2002) for SLU's career victories record with her 48th win between the posts, and she extended her Billiken season record for victories to 20.
•Caroline Kelly set a SLU single-season record of 32 points. Kelly tied Perry (2002) and Maddie Pokorny (2018) for the Bills' single-season goals record of 13.
