Chloe Wendling in Saint Louis' 9-1 Atlantic 10 Conference victory over St. Bonaventure Sunday afternoon at Joyce Field.
•The Billikens, who swept the three-game weekend series with the Bonnies, improved to 20-21 overall and 12-5 (second place) in the A-10.
•St. Bonaventure slipped to 7-35, 1-20.

HOW IT HAPPENED
•SLU grabbed a 1-0 lead in the third inning on
Allie Herron's sacrifice fly.
•St. Bonaventure answered with a run in its half of the third.
•The Billikens regained the lead in the fourth on Wise's two-out, two-run single.
•Saint Louis made it 4-1 in the fifth when Johnson successfully executed a squeeze play.
•The Bills broke open the game with a 5-run sixth. Wise began the scoring with an RBI single, followed by
Cami Newbanks' RBI groundout. Abbott produced a two-run triple, and Johnson's RBI infield single capped the scoring.

BILLIKEN NOTABLES
•Saint Louis tied its season high with 14 hits.
•Wendling picked up her 14th victory of the season. She struck out six, did not allow an earned run and gave just two hits and two walks.
•Johnson went 3-for-3, her first three-hit game as a Billiken.
•Newbanks collected a double and a single.

Kristi Stevenson and
Natalie Sullivan joined Wise with two singles apiece.
•Herron and
Gabbie Kowalik each tallied a single.
