•No. 12 Saint Louis overcame a first-half deficit for a second time in three games and defeated La Salle 4-1 Thursday night at McCarthy Stadium in the Atlantic 10 Conference opener for both teams.
•The Billikens improved to 8-1 overall with their sixth consecutive victory. Saint Louis is 5-0 in road games. La Salle fell to 5-3.
•Trailing 1-0, SLU registered an equalizer in the 29th minute when
Hannah Larson, assisted by
Emily Gaebe, found the back of the net.

Anna Walsh, scored what proved to be the game-winner in the 68th minute.

•Saint Louis has scored three or more goals in all six games of its current winning streak, the longest stretch of three or more goals in program history. The Billikens have outscored their opponents 27-4 in those six matches.
