ST. LOUIS - The Saint Louis women's basketball team had 11 different scorers in its 96-52 win over Ohio on Sunday afternoon.
Peyton Kennedy scored a game-high 25 points, moving into 10th place on Saint Louis University's all-time scoring list. Kennedy Calhoun also reached a milestone, dishing out three assists to climb into 10th place on the Billikens' career assists list.
SLU scored over 90 points for the first time since 11/12/23, while limiting Ohio to just 52 points, the fewest the Billikens have allowed this season.
Six Billikens finished in double figures for the first time since 12/22/22, and the team had a season-high 39 points off the bench.
Saint Louis tallied 24 assists, dominated the boards with 57 rebounds, and forced 21 turnovers.
Tierra Simon recorded her second double-double of the season with 11 points and 12 rebounds in just 19 minutes. Brooklyn Gray had her first career double-double and was one assist shy of a triple-double, posting 10 points, a career-high 10 rebounds, and a career-high 9 assists.
Shun'teria Anumele added 13 points, Mia Bergstrom chipped in 12, and Marcavia Shavers scored a season-high 10 points.
Rita Nazário scored her first career points, going 2-for-3 from the free-throw line.
Saint Louis returns to action at home on Wednesday, Dec. 18, against Valparaiso at 4 p.m.
