THE BASICS
Jocelyn Abbott drove in two runs, the second coming on a decisive ninth-inning sacrifice fly, and Taylor Hochman fired a two-hitter with a career-high 11 strikeouts to lead Saint Louis to a 2-1 Atlantic 10 Conference victory over St. Bonaventure Saturday afternoon at Joyce Field.
 
The Billikens improved to 19-13 overall and 7-3 in the A-10.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
•Saint Louis took a 1-0 lead in the top of the second inning on Abbott's two-out RBI single.
•St. Bonaventure tied it on a two-out solo home run in the fifth.
•Chloe Rhine doubled to lead off the Billiken ninth. Rhine advanced to third on Kelsey Etling's fly ball and scored on Abbott's sacrifice fly.
 
BILLIKEN NOTABLES
•Abbott added a single for a two-hit game.
•Hochman walked only one batter.
•Natalie Sullivan, Kelsey Etling and Kendall Johnson recorded a single apiece.
