DAVIDSON, N.C. – The Billikens fought hard, but fell late at Davidson in their final regular season game on Saturday afternoon at John M. Belk Arena
Davidson jumped ahead 14-6 off a 6-0 run in the first quarter. Saint Louis closed the gap at 14-10 to close the first quarter.

Jasaiyah Wallace block led to back-to-back threes from
Mia Bergstrom and
Isabel Tillett to spark a Billikens 8-0 run cutting into Davidson's lead at 19-18. Bergstrom scored seven points in the quarter with two steals. The Billikens trailed 33-29 at half time
Alyssa Koerkenmeier swatted her third block of the game to give her the program's single season freshman blocks record, surpassing Brooke Flowers. The Billikens pulled within one at 44-43 thanks to a couple free throws from Koerkenmeier. Saint Louis continued to battle back each time the Wildcats went on a run, trailing 50-47 after three quarters.
SLU took the lead at 53-52, their first lead since it was 2-0 to begin the game. They traded buckets with the Wildcats for the next four minutes leading to eight lead changes. A late 10-0 run for the Wildcats gave them the decisive 69-60 lead, eventually winning 74-62.
