RICHMOND, Va. – Saint Louis baseball dropped both games of a doubleheader at VCU on Friday.
Game one
VCU got off to a quick start, scoring seven unanswered runs.
The Billikens got on the board in the seventh when
Hank Gomric delivered an RBI single to score
Krew Bond. The Rams answered immediately with three runs in the bottom of the inning and added two more in the eighth to secure a 12-1 win.

Game two
Saint Louis opened the scoring in the first inning when Iffrig drove in
Drew Kleinheider.
VCU responded with two runs in the second and three in the third to take a 5-1 lead, which held as the final score.
